Service Description

Join Us This Spring & Summer Come with us to connect our senses to the forest. Breathe in the earthy scents of spring rain and wildflowers. Listen to the symphony of birdsong and rustling leaves. Feel the sun on your skin and the cool breeze drifting through the trees. Watch butterflies dance, frogs leap, and notice the tiny tracks left behind by the wild beings of the land. Together, we explore the forest with curiosity and wonder. We build self-esteem, confidence, patience, and focus—gently and naturally. Through questions, problem-solving, practice, and even mishaps, children come to know themselves—their strengths, their limitations, their passions. What we may explore, but are never limited to: • Respecting and connecting with the land we are on • Playing safely and freely in nature • Nature journaling and quiet reflection • Learning about the Indigenous roots of the land • Building teamwork and collaboration skills • Identifying plants, insects, and animal tracks • Honouring our bodies through consent and boundaries • Understanding seasonal changes and their gifts • Cooking and sharing food over the fire. "We hope to welcome you in a child-led environment, where we create bond, trust, and friendships." DETAILS: Our facilitators are bilingual, and as such, our programs are fully bilingual A follow up email will be sent to sign documents before the program starts. MAX 12. We want to acknowledge that we play, learn & explore on the stolen lands and unceeded Anishinabewaki territory of the Anishinaabe people; and the lands of the Omamiwininiwag (Algonquin) people and Kanien'kehá:ka (Mohawk) people of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy of six nations.

We offer an inclusive space by honoring everyone’s unique being, their race, their individual beliefs, language, religion & gender identities & fluidities. We honor our human peer’s pronouns and consistently respect & use them. We extend love to all our living relations by fully respecting all individual needs without judgment.
