We will meet weekly to learn and explore, but not limited to;

• How we respect the land we are on

• Playing safely in the forest

• Journaling

• Connecting with nature using your 5 senses

• Indigenous roots of the land

• Team building skills

• Plant/animal tracks identification

• Our bodies consent/boundaries

• Winter/spring season changes and benefits

• Cooking on the fire

• connection between mental health and nature.

•Honorable harvesting
