• Playing safely in the forestÂ
• Connecting with nature using your 5 sensesÂ
• Plant/animal tracks identification
 • Our bodies consent/boundaries
 • Spring season changes and benefitsÂ
 • The respect we offer Mother Nature & her treasures by treating the land with curiosity, respect & love.
Our facilitators are bilingual, and as such, our programs are fully bilingual
