Service Description
Come with us to connect our senses to the forest this Fall 🍂 Together, we explore the forest with curiosity and wonder. We build self-esteem, confidence, patience, and focus—gently and naturally. Through questions, problem-solving, practice, and even mishaps, children come to know themselves—their strengths, their limitations, their passions. As the forest begins to change around us, Fall gives us so many opportunities to slow down, notice, explore, create, and learn alongside the land. What we may explore, but are never limited to: • Respecting and connecting with the land we are on • Playing safely and freely in nature • Nature journaling and quiet reflection • Learning about the Indigenous roots and history of the land • Building teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills • Identifying plants, insects, animal tracks, and signs of wildlife • Honouring our bodies through consent and boundaries • Watching the forest prepare for winter and discovering the changes Fall brings • Building, creating, climbing, exploring, and taking supported risks • Learning practical outdoor and life skills • Cooking and sharing food together over the fire • Following the children's questions, interests, and discoveries wherever they may lead us We hope to welcome you into a child-led environment where we create bonds, build trust, grow friendships, and give children the space to simply be themselves. If a payment plan would make registration more accessible for your family, please reach out. We are happy to work with families whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** * Registration is confirmed once the required deposit or partial payment has been received. * A partially non-refundable payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child's space. * The remaining balance must be paid by at least 2 weeks prior to programming start date. **Cancellation Policy** * Cancellations made more than two weeks before the program start date will receive a 50% refund of the total program fee. * Cancellations made within two weeks of the program start date are non-refundable. * If Wild Fauna Nature Play must cancel a program, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another available program. **Waitlist Policy** * If a program reaches capacity, families are welcome to join the waitlist at no cost. * Spaces will be offered in the order families joined the waitlist. * When a space becomes available, the next family on the waitlist will be contacted and given a specified timeframe (typically 24–48 hours) to accept the spot before it is offered to the next family. **Need Support?** Payment plans or financial assistance may be available. Please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to discuss options. **Required Information Form** Before your child's first session, families will complete a short information form that includes: * Emergency contact information * Allergies and medical information * Any additional details that will help us support your child This information helps us create a safe, supportive, and joyful experience for every child.
