Service Description

This unique program provides children & teens with tools and invitations that will help them build upon the trust & intuition found within themselves - alongside nature’s help. They will be invited to exercise the power of intent, affirmation, and mindfulness. They will be encouraged to foster their own personal inner magick by : - Crafting with intention & wish; - Creating their own wand; - Journaling in their personal Grimoires; - learning through songs & storytelling; - Potion making, spell creations, and cooking food. The evening starts with the group together where we set our altar & cast a circle. The children are then led through a mindfulness invitation, followed by a curated activity based on the week's theme. Afterwards, children ages 6-9 will be led into forest play & exploration; while teens (10-13) will dive deeper into interactive lessons & hands-on experiences of wizarding & witchcraft. At Woodland Wizarding Class, children will be invited to express themselves creatively and shown how small acts of kindness can make a difference to Nature & peers. Through Forest Bathing invitations, children will learn how to practice a mindful presence while noticing the small signs of Magick in their surroundings. Lastly, there will be conversations around listening & honoring our bodies, the phases of the moon, the different rhythms of the year, the wheel of the year, the solstice & equinox, and much more. We hope that your child(ren) can join us in the woods! DETAILS: Our facilitators are bilingual, and as such, our programs are fully bilingual MAX 8 children. We want to acknowledge that we play, learn & explore on the stolen lands and unceeded Anishinabewaki territory of the Anishinaabe people; and the lands of the Omamiwininiwag (Algonquin) people and Kanien'kehá:ka (Mohawk) people of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy of six nations.

We offer an inclusive space by honoring everyone’s unique being, their race, their individual beliefs, language, religion & gender identities & fluidities. We honor our human peer’s pronouns and consistently respect & use them. We extend love to all our living relations by fully respecting all individual needs without judgment.
